8. How does Vista Pacific ensure the quality of the products from China will be the same or higher than what I’m currently getting?
We are engineers with 20 - 35 years of experience in US and Chinese factories. We understand the difference in manufacturing practices and standards between China and the US. We will create strict manufacturing process, quality control procedure, and sign-off process to ensure that your prints and specifications are implemented strictly during the manufacturing process in Chinese factories.
For each new project, we will have sample production and approval process. Formal production will begin only if the samples are approved. For the first few shipments, production samples from the beginning of the formal production will be shipped to you for approval before a container is shipped.
Our quality department will work with you to develop a comprehensive Quality Inspection Procedure (QIP) and Quality Document Package (QDP). Our quality inspectors will travel to each factory to do test and inspection during production and before shipment. The inspectors will implement the QIP and establish QDP for each shipment.

We totally understand the concerns of American companies who want to protect their intellectual property when transferring product line to China. We will sign exclusive agreement with Chinese factories for additional protection.

10. What are the risks of sourcing products from China?
We are experts in manufacturing products in China according to American designs. We will make sure the products you receive from us are of the same or higher quality than what you are getting from your current suppliers. We are responsible for providing you the products according to your prints and there’s no risk to you in product quality. Once you establish normal business relationship with us after a few initial P/Os, we will give you very good payment terms such as letter of credit or even 30 - 45 day FOB China port open term, which means you will pay only after you receive good products and there’s no financial risk to you.
Sourcing from China may cause higher inventory level, longer lead time, and slower response to quantity fluctuation. We can help you minimize these risks associated with sourcing from China by advance planning and better coordination with Chinese factories.
